The oven is a bit gross and is largely untouched. With the eletrical upgrades, I added some new power outlets and used electric appliances instead of the gas oven. The airfryer and kettle are still there.

Like the rest of the interior: stripped, reinsulated, and refinished. The area above the oven uses 10mm suited for the engine bay and no carpet finish. No idea if overkill or unecessary, but felt more sensible that carpet. Also the finish around the kitchen surfaces is largely a wipe-clean vinyl covering. The surfaces and cupboards painted, so the area is generally a lot brighter. Still has the original “coolbox”, but also as mentioned in the electrics section now has a fitted 12v fridge.

Cutting board has been sanded back and re-oiled, so should be in pretty good shape.

There are a couple of induction hobs too. The 2000w inverter won’t power everything, but with studious use should be a very usable kitchen. I never got to the decision point of removing the gas oven, but I think with the electrical setup, it’s very plausible.

Access to one half of the fresh water storage is under the floorboards. These haven’t been looked at.

Tap is foot pump powered, and sink drains directly to a through-hull (no grey water storage).

There is a fire extinguisher, but this needs to be services / replaced.
